We're growing fast and looking for a senior sales professional to own our most important market.
The Role
As our Field Sales Territory Manager for Dublin, you'll take full ownership of the Dublin market as a senior individual contributor. This is a hands-on, high-impact position — you own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close to account growth. No team management at this stage; you're the one in the field, setting the standard for how Review Magnet shows up in Dublin and being the primary driver of new business across the city.
What You'll Do
- →Own the full Dublin pipeline — prospecting, outreach, demonstrations, closing, and account management
- →Develop and execute a territory strategy to maximise penetration across key business sectors
- →Build high-value relationships with owners, managers, and decision-makers
- →Represent Review Magnet at local business events, networking groups, and through partner channels
- →Track and report on territory performance, pipeline health, and revenue attainment
- →Provide structured market feedback to inform product and pricing decisions
What We're Looking For
- →3–5+ years of field sales experience, ideally in SaaS, digital services, or B2B solutions
- →Demonstrated ability to own a territory and consistently exceed targets
- →Strategic thinking combined with a willingness to stay hands-on
- →Excellent relationship-building skills across all business levels
- →Comfortable using CRM tools and data to manage and grow a pipeline
- →Based in Dublin with deep knowledge of the local business landscape
