What information do you need to program my product?
After purchase, we'll email you asking for your Google Business Profile review link (and Instagram handle or WiFi details if applicable). Simply reply to that email and we'll program and ship your order within 48 hours.
How long does delivery take?
We ship across Ireland and Europe. Products are programmed and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your details. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Can I change my Google review link after purchase?
NFC cards are programmed once before shipping. If you need to update your link later, contact us at [email protected] and we'll advise the best option.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unprogrammed products. Programmed products are non-returnable unless faulty. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Physical products are a one-time purchase with no ongoing fees. Subscriptions (Growth and Pro plans) are optional add-ons for businesses that want our team managing their review funnel month to month.
What is the Free Google Audit?
Our free audit tool searches Google Business Profile data for any business and scores it across four areas: rating, review volume (benchmarked by industry), profile completeness, and review recency. You get a letter grade and a prioritised list of what to fix. No account required, up to 5 free audits per month.
