2. Products & Orders
All products are custom-programmed to order. By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for providing correct Google Business Profile links, contact details, and any other data required for programming.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping
We ship to EU and UK countries. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Returns & Refunds
Unused, unprogrammed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Programmed-to-order products are non-refundable unless defective or otherwise protected under EU consumer law. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned item being inspected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and imagery, is owned by Review Magnet / ABL Media Group or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Magnet and ABL Media Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
